During this time the church has grown significantly and they are full of faith that people everywhere will have a clear opportunity to respond to the love of God. They are passionate about releasing the church to be a part of this dynamic mission.

Other Tutors on the programme include:

ALISTAIR TAYLOR

Alistair is married to Delphine and they have 6 adult children between them. Alistair has been in ministry for over 30 years. In that time he has held church planting roles for Kensington Temple and Elim nationally. For the last 15 years, Alistair has been mentoring and coaching leaders and leadership teams.

He says, “I am so pleased to be involved in the CPA - it is one of the most exciting and key initiatives at the moment. Get on board and see what God can do with you!”

MIKE ROBINS

Mike lives in Cornwall and is married to Shelagh. He is ordained with Elim and is a member of the Regional Leadership Team. He has a master’s in theology and is currently employed by Compassion UK (www.compassionuk.org) to develop strategic partnerships and relationships.

Until 2018 Mike was the Senior leader of a church in the southwest that grew from very humble beginnings to become a sizeable, multi-faceted organisation with a vision to plant churches that would bring significant community impact.

This journey of church growth meant the continual evolution of buildings, staff and leadership that taught him much (especially how “not to do” certain things!) It also placed a clear philosophy of intentional church strategy and leadership development within him.

He founded Church Dynamics (www.church-dynamics.co.uk) to meet the growing number of invitations from other leaders for church consultancy and leadership mentoring, training and development.

Mike, along with Shelagh, is a keen kayaker, and he loves nothing more than spending time with his family, especially if the grandchildren are involved!

Mark is joined by a line up of guest lecturers and mentors with a wealth of experience, wisdom and knowledge.
